Would a healthy Energy Drink be a different kind of energy drink these days? The answer fot it question is a resounding yes, there are over 5 hundred different energy drinks in the marketplace today, and the vast majority of them are not good for you energy drink for 2020, little only considered to be a healthy energy drink. Really how could they be when they consist of sugar, loaded with caffeine and additives? How can anything be regarded healthy that accompany a warning label? Tobacco come with a warning label from the Surgeon General and energy drinks for the most part come with a warning label as well. So we should be able to connect the dots, and realize if they have to put a warning label on the can it cannot be healthy, in order to our benefit to consume.
So does that mean that you should not drink energy drinks? I do not think so, but what I really do think is the energy drinks you drink should be healthy and beneficial, not possibly detrimental to your well being. We all need that extra boost of energy at some point in our day, the question is not whether we could use more energy, but where is that energy going to come from? I think we might all agree, that it should come from a source that is considered to be healthy, not just a boost of energy that last a period of time, but leaves you crashed and jittery later.
If the population who smoke, does not quit smoking when the Surgeon General issues a warning, then we can safely assume that people will never stop drinking energy drinks. That we can be certain of, it is a multi-billion dollar industry with no signs of slowing down. So if you want to consume energy drinks make certain they are healthy energy drinks.
These day there are energy drinks on the market that have Quercetin. Quercetin is a phytochemical that is the main coloring found in the cases of oranges, red onions, red grapes and berry. Quercetin is a powerful antioxidant. It is also a natural anti-histamine, and anti-inflammatory. It is actually possible that it may help relieve allergy symptoms. There is now a drink that basically provides you roughly the same as eating 27 medium-sized oranges in one 8. 4 oz can, it’s called Efusjon Start.
There is another healthy energy drink which can be found as well, that contains Mangosteen. The mangosteen fruit contains over 40 different xanthones, each having specific leading properties, these xanthones are probably the most powerful antioxidants found in nature. So what are antioxidants and what do they do? Antioxidants are nutrients in our foods which can prevent or slow the oxidative damage to our system. When our system cells use oxygen, it produces free radicals which can cause damage. Antioxidants act as “free sweeping scavengers” so because of this prevent and repair damage done by these free radicals. If you are going to consume a drink, why not the product or service it does not come with a warning label. Drink an alternative that has benefits and is a vital to drink. The drink I recommend with mangosteen is the Efusjon Air flow, it tastes great and is loaded with antioxidants.
There other healthy energy drinks that are made with the now famous acai berry (pronounced “ah-sigh-ee”).
